The gentlemen at Precise Auto Service were able to inspect my tires, brakes, and fluids in under 30 minutes, as I had informed them that I had to be at work rather soon. They were professional and amicable in talking with me, and offered me a great price for inspecting the car. Luckily, nothing was wrong with my vehicle, but they were more than happy to accommodate my needs as far as time and a special request about the receipt.
I live in Washinton, D.C., but I find that it is certainly worth the drive to Kensington to have these gentlemen inspect the car, rather than some gas station mechanic around my apartment. The experience could not have been more positive, and I am grateful for Angie’s List for pointing me in the direction of such wonderful and capable mechanics. If I ever have a problem with my vehicle, I will be taking it to Precise Auto.

We used Precise Auto Service because we were having a problem with our car. They did diagnostic work and changed the oil. It went very well. We started having a problem that morning and they got us in right away. They couldn’t find the actual problem but they seemed very responsive and they dealt with us in a very courteous manner. They did change the oil and gave us some recommendations for the future. We were happy with that. I think we will go back there. They were very courteous, the service was prompt and they communicated with us. They had a bus stop nearby so I was able to take the bus to work and they did give me a ride one way. They were very good.
